Fun in the Sun!

Carly invited us over this week to play in the new Elmo Sprinkler.  They have a great backyard for the kids to play in.  Alex got his swimming suit on and loved playing in the sprinkler.  He wouldn't get out even though he was shaking from being cold.  He had a blast!!!

Happy Mother's Day

I had a wonderful Mother's Day.  Wes woke up early to hang out with Alex while I slept in.  Then when I woke up Wes made breakfast for Alex and myself.  Autzen ate some too.  We hung out in the afternoon and tried to take Alex swimming. The pool is still a little too cold.  Later that evening we went to Carly and Ben's house for dinner.  The guys made dinner while we played with the kids.  Wes did great at grilling for everyone.  It was a great day. I wish I could have spent it with my mom but we are looking forward to spending time with her in a few weeks.

Going to the park with daddy

Last weekend we decided to take Alex to the park.  We were trying to find one that is close to our house.  I guess we drove around too long because when we looked in the back seat Alex was sound asleep.   Once we got home we took Alex out of the car and he woke up so we put him back in the car and went to the park.
