Taking Grammy and Pa to the Children's Museum

On Friday morning we went to another one of Alex's favorite places, the Children's Museum. Grammy and Pa haven't been there yet so Alex had fun showing them around.

Grammy and Pa Come to Visit

Grammy and Pa came in town last week to help us celebrate Evan's first birthday. We haven't seen them since our trip to San Diego in March so we were very excited they were here!! I picked them up from the airport on Wednesday while the boys were napping. I kept telling Alex that Grammy and Pa were coming in town but he was really surprised when he woke up from his nap and they were really in his room!!

On Thursday we took Grammy and Pa to one of Alex's favorite places, Pump It Up!! Abby took off work on Thursday so she came with us too!

I was so proud of Alex. He has never wanted to go on this slide before but today he kept going over to it. I thought it was too big for him but he proved me wrong. He climbed up the stairs all by himself and went down the slide.

I think he went down this slide about 10 times. We had a great morning at Pump It Up!!

Evan's 1st Birthday

Evan's first birthday was on June 20th. I still can't believe he is 1!! The year flew by. We invited Abby, Tri and the Larrabees over for dinner. And then the Falconbridges joined us for cake and ice cream!!

Carly was with me Evan was born. She is a special friend and I can't thank her enough for being with me.
