Going for a ride in the jeep

Grammy and Pa got Alex a jeep for his birthday. It is awesome!! It is a little too fast to ride inside so we took it outside for a spin. Alex is still learning how to push the pedal and puts the jeep in reverse alot but he loves it!! Thanks to Grammy and Pa for the great birthday present.

Birthday Presents

After dinner at Red Robin we went home to open birthday presents. We had so much fun watching Alex. He would tear off the paper and say "wow."

Birthday at Red Robin

Friday night we met Abby and Tri at Red Robin to celebrate Alex's 2nd birthday. I still can't believe he is 2. We had a great time at dinner. Alex enjoyed his fries and then his cake (of course). He loves the icing. HAPPY BIRTHDAY ALEX!! We love you...

Balloons from the Larrabee's

Our good friends Carly and Ben along with their boys Luke and Will sent Alex the cutest balloons for his birthday. The balloons were delivered while Alex was taking a nap. He went downstairs when he woke up and was shocked to see his present. His face lit up!! He carried the balloons around the house all weekend. Thank you Carly, Ben, Luke and Will.

Alex's Birthday Party at School

Alex's birthday was Friday September 4th. The teachers told me I could bring a snack for his birthday so I took cupcakes to his school. We were invited to come up for the celebration. Another boy in his class, Easton, was turning 2 on Saturday. The class sang Happy Birthday to both Alex and Easton. All of the kids enjoyed their cupcakes.

Let's Go Ducks!!

Football season is here!! Wes looks forward to the games all year. Alex has been saying "touchdown" and "let's go ducks" to get ready for the games. Thursday night was the first Duck game. Unfortunately the Ducks didn't win but hopefully Oregon will have a good season.
