Happy Birthday Evan!!

Evan turned 2 on June 20th. I can't believe he is 2!! He is growing up so fast. He has grown from the little peanut we brought home from the NICU to a happy boy that makes us laugh and smile everyday. I can't believe how much he talks.... it is non stop! He is learning his alphabet, colors and shapes from his big brother. We think he might grow up to be a baseball player. He is pretty good at hitting the t ball. We love him so much and hopes he has a wonderful birthday!!

HAPPY FATHER'S DAY!!!

We want to wish Wes a Happy Father's Day!! He is an amazing daddy and we love every minute we get to spend with you!

Happy Birthday Carly

Carly's birthday was on June 14th. We went over to her house for dinner and a playdate. Steph and the kids came over too. We used to see each other a few times a week before the older kids started school. Now our schedules are always so busy that is always nice when we can all get together. I miss the SMC!!

Happy Birthday Carly!!

We were at Carly's the week before and Alex saw this toy he wanted to play with. I think I was with Carly when she bought it for Luke when he was 9 months old. It definitely amused all the kids....they thought it was the best toy ever!!

We came home and Wes had a milkshake. Evan thought it was really yummy!!!

A few weeks ago we had the Larrabee's over for a BBQ. It is always so nice to get together and hang out. The kids always find a way to entertain us when they are together.

The boys were running in circles and Carly and I would yell "freeze" and they would jump on the sofa... smile for a picture... then take off again

Carly and I hung out with Farrah while the dads watched the boys. Every toy was taken out of the toy chest and baskets. We didn't mind at all because they were having fun but we really enjoyed watching Wes and Ben help clean up!

the next weekend we met the Larrabee's at the splash pad in Scottsdale Quarter for some water play. Alex and Evan took off their shirts and ran in the water!

Later that night we went to Carly and Ben's house for dinner. The boys were cracking us up running from the end of the hall into the living room. Even Evan was running with the boys!

Crohn's and Colitis Foundation Women of Distinction Luncheon

On June 10 Abby, Carly and myself attended the Women's of Distinction Luncheon benefiting the Crohn's and Colitis Foundation and Camp Oasis. My family has been involved with CCFA for over 10 years. We hope that a cause and a cure for Inflammatory Bowel Diseases!!

Splash Pad at Desert Ridge

Now that the weather in Phoenix is getting HOT we are enjoying all of the areas that have splash pads! This is the first time that we took the kids to the water area at Desert Ridge and hey loved it. I think we will be going there a lot more this summer!

The water must have been cold because Alex kept taking breaks to warm up but Evan would stand there shivering because he wouldn't dry off
