Our Day in Sedona

Wes found a place to take the boys trout fishing in Sedona. When he told them they were really excited! I think Daddy likes when the boys take in an interest in his hobbies....it is really cute to see them do these things together!
We drove to Sedona on Saturday. It is about 1 1/2 hr from our house
Alex liked seeing the red rocks on the way
 Evan did not ...LOL!!

taking a look at all the fishies
Alex caught the first fish!  I love the look on his face
Look at this mommy!!
Alex and Evan getting a closer look at the fish

the boys had so much fun

We were catching fish pretty fast and I didn't know what to do so we used one fishing pole and let the boys alternate who caught the fish. In the end had 6 FISH!!

 high fives for catching fish

Alex was so cute... he would grab the net and get the fish out of the water all by himself
Evan was so close to the fish I thought he was going to give him a kiss

It was so great watching the boys with Daddy.  They just love when he is home!!
I thought I got some great pictures of Alex

he was so happy all day!!
 hugs for daddy

proof that mommy was fishing too....haha!
look at all of those fish!
after our fish were all cleaned and packed up to take home we let the boys feed the fish too.  They were jumping out of the water fighting over the food
Sedona is so beautiful...pictures do not do it justice!

enjoying some mango sherbet before the ride home
my boys....Evan was ready to go home
when the boys get older we will have to take them on the pink jeep tour
we had an amazing day!!  The boys loved fishing and I loved watching them!!

Once we got home the boys got a bath and got ready for bed. They were worn out!!  But they had a wonderful day!!
I had to include this picture because lately Evan will only wear 2 pajamas.... batman or superman!
